Heat Sink Speed Bake
Cast aluminum. Place the heat sink in the center of pizza and bake. Heat is delivered to the center of the pizza for a faster more even bake on deep dish and stuffed pizzas. Complete unit DuPont non stick coated. Features 2-1/8" L (5.4 cm) non stick pins, 2-1/2" H (6.4 cm) overall. Heat Sink should be wiped clean with soft cloth.
