Standard Dough Retarding Boxes
Tough, white ABS construction with reinforced sides, corners and edges. Stacks securely. Interchangeable with each other and other makes. Available in 3" (7.62 cm) and 3-1/2" (8.9 cm) deep sizes, cover fits both. Dishwasher safe. Our dough cutters and scrapers (p 175) have one corner rounded to clean dough boxes without scratching or marking.
