Heat Sink Speed Bake
Cast aluminum for maximum heat transfer. Place the heat sink in the center of pizza and bake. Heat is delivered to the center of the pizza for a faster more even bake on deep dish and stuffed pizzas, significantly reduce cooking times on pizzas with extra toppings and on pizzas with fresh ingredients. Complete unit DuPont non stick coated. All feature 2-1/8" long (5.4 cm) non stick pins. All sizes 2-1/2" (6.4 cm) tall overall. Heat Sinks should be cleaned after each use. Never scour, just wipe clean with soft cloth.
