Perf: Any round or square pizza tray or pan less than 24" in diameter can be perforated. To order use the regular item number and add the suffix or prefix "P." Also note in the body of the order that the pans should be perforated. These pans can be made with Feet but cannot be made with NIBS. Perf pans allow the bottom of the pizza to cook faster and can provide a crispier crust. Perf pans can also be used to keep cooked pizzas fresher by allowing moisture to escape.
