Extra High Banquet Covers
Approximately 2-1/2" (6.35 cm) & 3" (7.62 cm) High Over Rim of Plate. Available in most Stainless sizes. For special dishes: desserts, baked potatoes, chicken, etc. Can be custom designed for solid stacking. Not available in all diameters. Special order only. Sample plate required.

Crossbar Lift Covers
Constructed of 18-8 stainless steel. Ideal where no finger hole is desired, cross-bar covers can be easily lifted. Steam holes are available if desired. Cross bar covers fit perfectly over plate rim but normally do not stack. For an extra tool and crowning charge, we may be able to make a stacking crossbar cover. Sample china is required to determine feasibility before quoting. Available in most stainless steel cover sizes from CVR04 through CVR08.

Flat Top Knobbed Covers
18-8 stainless steel, custom sized to fit over any plate or platter perfectly. Cannot be made to stack. Available with knob as illustrated or with cloche knob. With standard knob, same price as finger hole plate or platter covers. If cloche knob desired, add 7.80 ea to price. Available in all stainless sizes.

Lower Height Banquet Covers
1-1/2" (3.81 cm) High Over Rim of Plate. Other heights available. Call for quotation.

Available in most stainless cover sizes. Ideal where limited space exists. Can be custom designed for solid stacking. Lower Height Covers available for most sizes over 9" (22.8 cm) diameter.
