Prior to using your fry pan for the first time, please wash and dry immediately. To season, wipe interior of pan with flavorless cooking oil and heat empty pan. When surface becomes hot, remove from heat and allow pan to cool. Repeat this process twice. Color of pan will change to a darker finish. This indicates that the pan has gained a natural non-stick protection.
To clean, hand-wash in hot water with mild detergent. Dry with paper towel or place in warm oven for a few minutes. Store in dry place. Do not put in dishwasher or expose to abrasive sponges or acidic detergents.
*Flat iron handle is not heat-resistant.

Prior to using your melamine for the first time, please wash thoroughly and dry.
Wash the melamine immediately after every use. Your melamine product is dishwasher-safe. It should only be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher.

Before first use: fill the pan with water and bring to a boil, then wipe dry. After the utensil has been washed it will need to be seasoned. To season the product, apply a thin coat of melted shortening with a soft cloth or paper towel. Apply the shortening inside and out, of both the utensil and lid (if applicable). Place the utensil up side down on the top shelf of a preheated 350’ oven and leave for an hour. After an hour turn the utensil over and leave in the oven to cool.
Immediately after use rinse the cast iron product with hot water and wipe clean with a dish towel. Do not submerge or soak the pan in water. After the product has been wiped clean completely dry it with a soft cloth.
To remove heavy food, use boiling water and a plastic scrub bun or brush.
If the product becomes heavily soiled use warm water, a mild detergent and soft brush to clean.
Re-season the pan when necessary to prevent food from sticking.
*Note: Do not expose the cast iron to dishwashers, acidic detergents or metal bristles.

The new copper item should come ready to use out of the box. If there are any smudges or tarnish from shipping please use a copper-specific cleaner or compound.
The copper items can be washed by hand with warm soapy water. Harsh detergents and abrasive pads are NOT recommended for use when washing the copper product. Immediately after the wash is finished dry the copper with a soft towel or cloth. Do not let it air dry, as air drying may result in water spots that are difficult to remove. If the copper begins to show tarnish resulting from regular use you may use a copper specific cleaner to remove it. Follow the instructions provided on the cleaner.

Prior to using your griddle for the first time, hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
When finished with the griddle remove burned or stuck on food with a plastic spatula or scrapper. While the griddle is still warm, not hot, wash with warm soapy water and a sponge or dish cloth. After washing, dry the griddle immediately with a soft cloth.
*Note: Do not expose the griddle to a dishwasher, abrasive sponges, caustic cleaners, or acidic detergents.
